Reflect

I want share the light,
I want you to be bright.
I want to break through your clouds,
I want to burn away all that darkness shrouds.

I want to shine and take away the rain,
I don't want to see you suffer through your pain.
I don't reflect my own light, but pass it on,
So that you have the light when i am gone.

Shine your light to be a beacon to all,
Lift each other up, so they don't fall.
We grow in the light from above,
With care and lots of love.

Here for You

This past year has been chaotic and still continues to be chaotic. The awareness of needing to care for our mental health has been very evident during this time. I have seen so many crying out for help or to be heard; please speak up and shout out for help, because I want to hear you. This will be a safe place for anyone who wants to talk. I struggled myself for a long time and did not seek out help and that was an mentally unhealthy decision. I wanted to start this blog to share my thoughts and hear yours. I want this to be a place of encouragement and create a desire to carry on and live.
